I stayed at the hotel on South Beach, and it was close to everything you need in South Beach. The rooms were spacious, especially with the upstairs terrace, but sadly on level 1 where our balcony had zero view. The bathroom had plenty of space, which was a plus. However, the service, especially during the night shift, was lacking as there were issues with getting face towels and communication barriers with the housekeepers. The location was still great for accessing all the events for Pride and being pretty close to the beach. Unfortunately, the dining only offered smoked salmon bagels, which was limited. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
